Louis van Gaal has been calling late night training sessions much to the annoyance of his players’ wags. A source told The Daily Star: “The players are getting it in the neck from their Wags, but they can’t do a lot about it. Like most dads, they try and help out at home and look after the kids, but now they don’t know whether they are suddenly going to be called into work”. “It means they can’t go out for dinner and puts them on edge. Some like it, some don’t.”
Manchester United outcast Victor Valdes has sent a defiant message to Van Gaal.
In an Instagram post, Valdes wrote: “Not to disappoint those who want to see me play again, the only motivation that pushes me to continue working. I struggle to be free and again enjoy my profession.” Following a training ground bust-up Valdes has been forced to train away from the first-team. The former Barcelona keeper could exit Old Trafford in January.

Nel post di Instagram, Valdes ha scritto: “non deludere coloro che vogliono vedermi giocare ancora una volta, l’unica motivazione che mi spinge a continuare a lavorare. Faccio fatica a essere libero e ancora godere la mia professione.”. Valdes infatti è stato costretto ad allenarsi lontano dalla prima squadra. L’ex portiere di Barcellona potrebbe lasciare l’Old Trafford già a gennaio.
