Euro2016 excited football fans across Europe for one month, and the same did the WAGs, driving attention on the bleachers during every match of the tournament. WagsApp, after following the WAGs and their activity on traditional media and social networks, produced its personal classification divided in five categories:

Chiara Biasi, Simone Zaza’s WAG (ITA)
The most connected
Surely, the most connected is Chiara Biasi, Simone Zaza’s WAG. She had been last month’s unquestionable surprise, especially for the Italian audience. The relationship between the Italian National and the beautiful blogger has started undercover and it has become official during the European Tournament, with Chiara largely documented their activities on social networks. (Probably a professional bias since she is a largely successful blogger). She was on the bleachers during every game of the Italian National team except for the one against Germany. (Was she the Italian lucky talisman?). And then she defend strongly her fiancé when he was harshly criticized for the famous missed penalty. Obviously she did so, on the social networks.

The funniest
WagsApp decided for Maddalena Nullo, Andrea Barzagli’s WAG. Indeed she posted on Instagram pics of everyday life with her family. Pics that were sapiently modified through Snapchat to have Andrea Barzagli lookalike puppet close to her. Funny idea Maddalena.
Coleen Rooney, Wayne Rooney’s WAG (ENG)
The most politically correct
Coleen Rooney did not lost a moment of England’s National Team performance in they short stay at Euro 2016, posting with moderation as it was suggest by the English federation. And showing correctness through her respectful comments regarding English adversaries. Well done Coleen!
Ludivine Payet, Dimitri Payet’s WAG (FRA)
The surprise of the tournament
Without a doubt, Ludivine Payet, Wag of the french Payet is the surprise of the tournament. The same applies to her husband: nobody would have predict such a positive impact from the French National. Before Euro2016, her beauty was not mainstream and there were no pictures of her on the internet.The European tournament instead made her the most photographed and the most admired on the bleachers! Sicuramente Chiara Biasi, WAG di Simone Zaza dell’Italia. È stata la grande sorpresa del mese, soprattutto per il pubblico italiano. La relazione tra l’attaccante e la bella blogger, iniziata da qualche mese, è diventata ufficiale a Euro 2016 e Chiara ne ha postato sui social ogni momento. Ovviamente questa attività è stata subito virale. Ha assistito a tutte le partite dell’Italia, meno a quella persa contro la Germania (che fosse lei il portafortuna degli Azzurri). Poi ha difeso come una tigre il suo fidanzato criticato aspramente per il rigore sbagliato. Ovviamente sempre sui social network.

Ogni giorno Maddalena Nullo, Maddalena Nullo, WAG di Andrea Barzagli dell’Italia, ha postato su Instagram momenti di vita quotidiana in famiglia, sapientemente modificata con Snapchat dove appariva il bambolotto con la faccia di Andrea Barzagli. Idea molto simpatica.

Coleen Rooney non si è persa un attimo del breve percoso dell’Inghilterra a Euro 2016, postando con moderazione come suggerito dalla Federazione Inglese. Ma i suoi commenti sono sempre stata rispettosi e corretti nei confronti degli avversari.
Ludivine Payet, Dimitri Payet’s WAG (FRA)
La sorpresa del Torneo
Senza dubbio Ludivine Payet, WAG di Dimitri Payet della Francia. Il concetto vale anche per il marito: nessuno si aspettava le sue performance così positive. Alla vigilia di Euro 2016 nessuno conosceva la bella Ludivine e sulla rete non c’erano foto che la ritraevano. Euro 2016 l’ha invece consacrata come la WAG più fotografata e più ammirata sugli spalti degli stadi di Francia.
